  Very selective with the quality and value of the items. Great selection of vitamins but poor quality of produce. Nice variety of clothing but rarely have any sizes. Large meat department but outrageous prices. Hmm

  Food quality/price is middle of the pack.
  50/50 chance of getting the worst or best customer service at the till.
  I decided to never go back inside, I now order from their click and collect service.... The customer service at the click and collect is always amazing.

  You need to have change for the shopping carts and they won't bother to bag your groceries. Issues I haven't had to overcome at other grocery stores.

  I shop here once a week for my family. Spend quite a bit and always utilize my PC Points card. From March of this year I have received over $700.00 worth of free groceries by collecting points. I am very grateful for this! Most staff members and cashiers are friendly, you always get the odd one that's having a bad day but I think that's normal and to be expected anywhere you're shopping.
  
  I recently had an appointment at the eye centre in the store and I have to say, even though they're short staff and only have an optometrist in once a week, they were extremely friendly and personable. The receptionist at the office was amazing, she helped me receive the best discount and saved me a pile of money. The optometrist was very friendly and professional as well. Although they are understaffed, don't have a very big selection of glasses and don't have a contacts trainer on site, it seems the receptionist is making the best of it and still staying positive towards the patients. Koodos to her!!
