  We have been in the drive thru for 18 minutes and have only moved two cars up. It is now midnight... let's get some more staff in there so we can speed this process up. Cars are lining down the street! All I say is my order better be right after waiting all this time.

  I went in drive thru I ordered 2 burgers and a chicken nuggets The person asked what I wanted for sauce I said honey mustard ..... as I'm reading what else to order ....... I noticed sweet n sour being added to my order so I ask why is there sweet n sour on my order I ordered honey mustard she tells me because they don't have honey mustard so I asked her why she doesn't tell the customer that instead of *ordering something else for me * she said because that's how they do it.
  I couldn't believe this so I told them I didn't want anything and left after 4 cars in front of me..... How do I know I'm going to even get what I ordered and I don't live in spruce and would have to drive all the way back if it was wrong. Not impressed with such poor customer service.

  This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The other night we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and when we mentioned the wait, the woman laughed at us!

  Bright and clean. One of the staff came and took my tray after we ate. It's still a McDonalds, but for a McDonalds it's pretty good.
