  Food was good and costumer service was even better. Morning staff are delightful and calm. Evening staff is friendly and welcoming. The girl with the dreads is 10/10. Best employee I've met so far. They have a new forever consumer. :).

  Very disappointed with treatment. I was told after ordering that they would
  not accept my coupon which I printed from A and W site. The young man said its not worth it for us as we are losing. He then told me to go to the A and W in Stony Plain as they accept coupons. I said, I got a better idea, as I spend about $200 at this location per month how about I stop coming here and start supporting a different restaurant such as McDonalds for my weekly breakfasts and other meals.When I told him that most people that come here also come at different times and bring their families and spend a fair bit per month, I think he started realizing this and scanned the coupon through. Told him if they don't want to accept coupons from their site when I get to the drive in window, just cancel the order and I'll will shop somewhere else.
  I am not getting shaked down by the owners son so he can scam from me by putting the coupon through after I leave and pocketing the money.
  Customer base now minus 3 more due to this scam.
